For our projects, we virtually “sit in the car and observe attentively what happens at the interfaces to the outside”. We work in a collegial and calm environment created by flat hierarchies within the company. We put a lot into our work so we feel a sense of job satisfaction and can retain the familiar atmosphere. After all, we spend most of the week with our colleagues and working on our projects. A win-win situation for us and for you.
